The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar with seating for two, and an eat-in nook with a table for four. The lower level is a flexible guest suite with its own full bathroom, two sleeping rooms, and a recreation room. One guest room has a twin bed, the other has a twin with a full-size trundle. The rec room has a foosball table, fireplace, sofa bed, and wall-mounted TV. It functions as its own self-contained space for kids, overflow guests, or a rainy-day hangout. Outside, the covered patio has a dining table for eight and a brick accent wall. The fenced backyard has a fire pit with Adirondack chairs, mature shade trees, and an enclosed outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach. Paved driveway with room for multiple cars. Seasonal Availability of Outdoor Amenities Outdoor furniture, grills, and exterior equipment are typically stored between Columbus Day and Memorial Day. Rental Permit# RP-26-111 IMPORTANT NOTES: - The primary renter must be at least 25 years old. - For bookings made within 3 days of arrival, we require a copy of your driver’s license. Check-in instructions will only be sent once we receive both the signed rental agreement and the driver’s license. The property manager reserves the right to approve or decline any booking at their discretion. - No pets. - No smoking on the property. - For stays over 21 days, extra utility costs beyond the initial charged amount are the guest's responsibility. - For reservations of 29 nights or more, a refundable deposit will be collected prior to arrival. Other things to note Cancellation Policy - Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive a full refund. - Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund. - Cancellation due to storm is non-refundable. - This cancellation policy is not applicable for HVMB guests. Guest Insurance As part of booking, we secure insurance for your stay and will require you to sign a Guest Rental Agreement. This insurance covers incidental damages to the property during your stay and does not cover cancellation due to illness or other reasons. If something happens by mistake or accident, let us know.
