As you step inside this charming one-storey holiday home, to your right, you'll find the well-equipped country-style kitchen and dining area. This space is perfect for preparing and enjoying meals with its rustic charm and modern amenities. Continuing through the property, you'll enter a cosy living room featuring a Smart TV and wood burner, ideal for unwinding after a day of exploring all that New Forest has to offer. Moving back through the hallway, you'll come across the family bathroom, with its calming décor, this is the perfect place to unwind in the tub after a long day of adventure. Next, you'll find the first of three bedrooms, a comfortable double room. This room has a Jack and Jill en-suite bathroom, allowing access from both this room and the hallway. The en-suite boasts modern and contemporary décor, equipped with both a bath and a large rain shower, providing a luxurious experience. As you move through to the next room, you'll find a spacious super-king room. This light and airy room can be made up as a twin upon request, offering flexibility to accommodate different sleeping arrangements. The final bedroom is a king-size room with delightful garden views. Like the super-king room, this bedroom can also be configured as a twin if desired, ensuring all guests' needs are met. Heading out the back of the property, you'll discover a small, pretty courtyard furnished with outdoor furniture and a BBQ. This is an excellent spot for al fresco dining or simply enjoying the fresh air. From the courtyard, you can access the heated, indoor swimming pool, perfect for a refreshing daytime dip no matter the weather. The swimming pool is available exclusively for the residents of Hill Top and can be accessed between 09:00 to 17:00 November to March and 09:00-19:00 April to October with an allocated code provided by the owner. At the front of the property, there's a lovely picnic area set within beautiful grounds, providing a picturesque setting for outdoor meals and relaxation. Hill Top sits in an acre of lawned grass which is not fenced on all sides. The property does have a patio area which is fenced on two sides with a 3foot picket fence and two sides (at the back and side) with six foot panel fencing. There are free roaming wild birds including pheasants Guinea fowl and others. House Rules Additional information and rules No dogs allowed - 3 bedrooms – 1 double, 1 zip-and-link super-king and 1 zip-and-link king-size – both zip-and-link beds can made up as twins upon request - 3 bathrooms – 1 with bath, separate shower and WC, 1 with Bath, shower attachment and WC and 1 by the pool with shower and WC - Electric double oven and induction hob, air fryer, fridge/ freezer, dishwasher and coffee machine - Washing machine in the utility room - Smart TV and Alexa in kitchen, Smart TV in lounge - Wood burner in the lounge (first basket of logs supplied) - Private fenced patio area with outdoor furniture and BBQ, and one acre lawned area (unfenced) - Heated indoor swimming pool (heated to 31 degrees) - available exclusively for the residents of Hill Top and can be accessed between 09:00 to 17:00 November to March and 09:00-19:00 April to October with an allocated code provided by the owner - Please note - children under the age of 16 are not to be left unattended in the pool area at any time - Parking for up to 4 cars on site - Shop 2.5 miles and pub 0.9 miles - Dog crate/beds available upon request - Sleeps 6+2 – sofa bed can be made up upon request - 3 well behaved dogs accepted - Please note there are free roaming birds on site, so dogs will need to be monitored and kept within the outside areas allocated to Hill Top
