The space Welcome to my apartment! This one-bedroom apartment in Lisbon is the perfect retreat for guests looking for a cosy, beautifully decorated space to relax and unwind. The property is located on the second floor and is accessible by stairs. Please note that the property may not be suitable for individuals with mobility challenges due to the presence of stairs. The living room features a comfortable sofa, a wide-screen TV for watching your favourite shows, and a dining table for four. There's also a private balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee or evening glass of wine while taking in the sights and sounds of the city. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, such as a stove, an oven, and a microwave, to prepare delicious meals.  The property has a washing machine and ironing equipment to meet your laundry needs for added convenience. The bedroom has a double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort and a wardrobe for storage needs. The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels, a hair dryer and complimentary toiletries. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay! Other things to note This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
