The accommodation is located in a modern condominium in the wonderful resort of Palau with communal pool, ideal to enjoy a relaxing stay! The accommodation consists of two bedrooms, living room with kitchenette, two bathrooms and terrace furnished with table and chairs. The interior space is composed as follows: - BEDROOM 1 with double bed, wardrobe, split A/C, bathroom (1), access to the balcony; - BEDROOM 2 with two single beds, wardrobe, split A/C, access to the balcony; - LIVING ROOM with sofa, "60 inch" TV, table with chairs, split A/C, access to the terrace; - KITCHENETTE with gas hob, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, dishwasher, kettle, oven and microwave, toaster, various kitchen utensils, wine glasses, access to the balcony; - BATHROOM 1 with shower, bidet and toilet; - BATHROOM 2 with shower, bidet and toilet; - TERRACE with table and chairs; - TERRACE. FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: Unlimited WIFI, washing machine, heating provided by split A/ C, iron and ironing board, drying rack, hairdryer. SWIMMING POOL TIME: - Opening from 1/6 to 10/10 - no lifeguard - Hours: from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm. Waste Management (Mandatory) During their stay, guests must dispose of daily waste, separating it correctly and placing the bins outside the property on the days indicated in the schedule. In the city, there are no public bins or recycling centers; instead, door-to-door collection is carried out, so only small amounts of already separated waste can remain inside the house. Failure to comply with local regulations will result in a penalty of EUR 150.00 being applied to the guest. Guest access The whole apartment is at the complete disposal of the guests! Other things to note 7 days before arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents through our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax as required by the municipality of Palau. This procedure is used to verify your data and documents and to send information to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is the Italian procedure for lodging guests in Italy. Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022). Summer: the average air temperature must not be lower than 26 ºC for all types of buildings. Winter: The weighted average air temperature should not exceed 19 ºC. The ignition period and the daily ignition time depend on the climatic zone defined by the legislation. Olbia Climatic Zone C: 9 hours daily from 22 November to 23 March. N.B. complete the registration and pay the Tourist Tax is REQUIRED to receive the instructions and access the apartment.
