The house is right on the water with its own jetty. Possible to enjoy the garden on both sides of the house with lots of privacy. On both sides, there is the possibility to eat outside, depending on wind and sun. There is a lounge set and kamado available. The house has a spacious living room, with table and 10 chairs, two seating areas, 1 with TV and 1 by fireplace. The spacious kitchen is well equipped and is located at the back of the house. Upstairs are 4 bedrooms and a bathroom. The space Beautiful detached vacation home on the water! Vacation home_LytseMar is located in Idskenhuizen, right on the water with its own jetty. It is possible to enjoy the garden, which offers a lot of privacy, both at the front and at the back. On both sides, there is a table to eat outside, depending on the wind and sun. On the water side, there is also a luxury lounge set. There is a new Kamado BBQ available. The house has a spacious and cozy living room, where there is a table with 10 chairs and has two seating areas, one with TV and the other by the fireplace. The closed and spacious kitchen is closed off from the living room via the hall. The kitchen is well equipped with lots of dishes and cutlery and has a door to the back of the house with beautiful garden. In the hall, there is access to the new toilet. Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms and a brand new bathroom with shower. In 3 of the bedrooms, there are 2 box spring beds that can be placed against each other as well as used separately. In the smallest bedroom, there is a bunk bed, suitable up to 1.90 m. There is a camping bed available. Downstairs is a sofa bed for possibly 2 more beds. The house can accommodate up to 8 adults and 2 children. Surroundings The house is right on the water, which immediately provides water fun. A SUP and surfboard are available that may be used. Less than 100 meters from the house is a beach on a shallow lake. Lovely for swimming or (learning to) surf. In the port of Idskenhuizen is sailing school Neptunus, where it is also possible to rent a boat. From Idskenhuizen, among others, Langweer, Joure, Woudsend, Sloten, etc. are easy to sail to. Guest access The whole house is available except for the storage room. Other things to note House Rules Silence between 10:00 p.m. and 7:30 a.m. Smoking is not permitted. This is a fireworks-free cottage. No parties or events allowed. This cottage is not available for groups of young people, students and sports teams. Waste separation is mandatory in this cottage.
