The house is right on the waterfront with private dock. Possible to enjoy the garden on both sides of the house with lots of privacy. Possibility to eat outside on both sides, depending on wind and sun. There is a lounge set and kamado available. The house has a spacious living room, with table and 10 chairs, two sitting areas, 1 with TV and 1 by fireplace. The spacious kitchen is well equipped and is in the back of the house. Upstairs are 4 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The space Beautiful detached holiday home on the waterfront! Holiday home_LytseMar is located in Idskenhuizen, directly on the waterfront with a private dock. It is possible to enjoy the garden both in the front and in the back, which offers a lot of privacy. There is a table to eat outside on both sides, depending on the wind and sun. On the water side, there is also a luxurious lounge set. There is a new kamado BBQ available. The house has a spacious and cozy living room, where there is a table with 10 chairs and has two sitting areas, 1 with TV and the other by the fireplace. The dense and spacious kitchen is closed off from the living room via the hall. The kitchen is well equipped with lots of crockery and cutlery and has a door to the back of the house with nice garden. In the hall is access to the new toilet. Upstairs are 4 bedrooms and a whole new bathroom with shower. In 3 of the bedrooms, there are 2 box spring beds that can both be set against each other and can be used separately. In the smallest bedroom there is a bunk bed, suitable up to 1.90 m. There is a camping bed available. Downstairs is a sofa bed for possibly 2 more sleeping places. The house can accomodate up to 8 adults and 2 kids. Surroundings The house is directly on the water, which immediately creates water fun. A sup and surfboard are provided that may be used. Less than 100 meters from the house, there is a beach on a shallow lake. Lovely to swim or (learn) to surf. In the port of Idskenhuizen is sailing school Neptunus where it is also possible to rent a boat. From Idskenhuizen are among others. Langweer, Joure, Woudsend, Sloten etc easy to sail. Guest access The entire house is available except for the storage room. Other things to note House rules silence between 10: 00 pm and 7:30 am. Smoking is not permitted. This is a fireworks-free cottage. No parties or events allowed This cottage is not available for groups of young people, students and sports teams. Separating waste is mandatory in this cottage.
