The view faces a serene countryside residing into the property, including a private olive grove. The ground floor, equipped with air conditioning, is completed by a double bedroom, a wardrobe room and two bathrooms, one with shower. The lower floor houses a second living room and a secondary kitchen, as well as two double bedrooms equipped with air conditioning and a bathroom.
