The holiday home is structured as follows: A simple but refined double bedroom, a small living room with a one and a half bed sofa (ideal for a child/boy up to 10/16 years old), an equipped kitchenette and a small toilet with shower (no window but forced ventilation) guarantee a stay of special charm. House amenities: 12000 btu air conditioner for cold/hot air conditioning, orthopedic mattress, TV, refrigerator with freezer, water kettle, microwave, fan, coffee maker, water reserve, autoclave, 1 private parking space, 1 comfortable and panoramic outdoor shower (located between the Mediterranean scrub), clothesline, small safe, 2 rolls or lounge chairs on the beachfront terrace. So the Monovano can be rented individually or, in case of many families or groups of friends, also together with our Villa Waterfront Cala Caterina and/or our Villetta Waterfront Cala Caterina; -available all year round - for correctness, it is communicated that this holiday home, as well as the other vacation rentals on my website (where you can also find numerous reviews written by our guests), in addition to being managed by me the owner - (through various portals, including those that allow you to book without commission for the traveler and directly with the owner) - are also managed by tour operators. For this reason, in order to avoid the payment by me of the very costs foreseen by the contract, I will be very happy to accept all the reservations that will arrive from the portal as long as it has been previously authorized by the tour operator, who normally responds promptly to my authorization request. Therefore, before sending a reservation request, it is advisable to first send a request for information to check the availability of the house, and then proceed with the reservation through the portal if necessary. - to the price of the rental published on the portal, only the costs of electricity consumption, double and/or single sets of sheets and towels (two towels per person: face and shower) that if required we rent and the tourist tax and VAT but only if due.
