Thistle House is centrally located, 7 min walk to restaurants, pubs and historic downtown Our home was built in 1900 and has modern conveniences such as Wi-Fi and two computer work stations. The space There are 3 bedrooms on the second floor ( 2 queen beds, 1 full bed) . A sleeper sofa bed is in the family room on the main floor and is easily converted into a private sleeping area by a solid 4 ft pocket door. There is a full closet for personal belongings. Full and half bath are on the main level. The home was built in 1900 with second floor having the original pine flooring, so this old home creaks which makes sneaking for a solo midnight snack a challenge. Small firepit and outdoor dining table are in the back yard. The lot is 90x150ft so there is room for you to stretch your legs. Those travelling with children : booster seat and highchair in kitchen; sleeper pen for infants and bedrails for young children. We have added some of our daughters' favourite books in the TV room. Guest access The front door has a combination lock that is changed after each renter departs. The front door is the primary entrance,. Kitchen door to back porch and sliding doors allow easy access to back yard . Please do not enter the basement as it contains our personal items to help maintain the home.
