The space The 75 m2 villa, with independent entrance, has a large garden with barbecue and covered patio equipped with sofas, table and chairs. The internal space is made up as follows: - Kitchenette equipped with induction hob, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, traditional oven and microwave - Living room with dining table, split A/C, sofa and TV - Bedroom with double bed and chest of drawers - Toilet with wc, bidet and shower box. Uncovered parking space available inside the gate.
