Villa Lago Maggiore is a 3 bedroom lakeside villa in the charming lakeside village of Lesa. It enjoys direct lake access and has a private pontoon for mooring a boat. Two canoes and two SUP boards are also provided for guests' enjoyment. It's a short walk from the villa to a number of shops, cafes and restaurants. There are also tennis courts and a swimming pool within a few minutes walk. The space Villa Lago Maggiore is a traditional 3 bedroom lakeside villa. It is situated on the lakeside in the charming village of Lesa on Lake Maggiore. The views from the garden across the lake are stunning. This holiday villa is ideal for those looking for somewhere with the option to moor a boat. It's also great for families with children. Young children will love playing in the lake all day long whilst parents can rest easy knowing that there are secure gates leading from the garden to the lakeside for safety. The accommodation in Villa Lago Maggiore is laid out over one floor. This may make it suitable for wheelchair users and those with disabilities but please check to ensure it will be suitable for any needs you have. Villa Lago Maggiore boasts a bright and airy, open plan living, dining and kitchen area. New floral sofas are arranged around a TV unit and central fireplace. An adjacent dining table seats up to 8 guests. The kitchen is traditional in style but it is extremely well equipped. It has a 4 ring gas hob, fridge and freezer, microwave, toastie machine and more. For coffee drinkers, a Nespresso machine, American coffee machine and Moka pot are all provided. There are 3 bedrooms in this large lakeside villa. The first is a good sized room with kingsize bed. Antique furnishings create a relaxed space in which to sleep. An adjacent bathroom has a bath tub. There is then a more modern bedroom, again furnished with a kingsize bed and a third bedroom with double bed. There are two additional bathrooms, both with showers. Please note, there is the option to open a 4th bedroom in the villa for an additional cost. Please ask for more details. The decor throughout is traditional with nods back to the 1970s in places. Whilst traditional in style, it is all of a high quality and standard. However, what we love most about Villa Lago Maggiore is its location. Villa Lago Maggiore is surrounded by extensive gardens which would be suitable for a wedding celebration. Much of the grounds are laid with lawns. These are dotted with mature trees and shrubs including some magnificent white hydrangea bushes. The lawns slope down to the lakeside. Here, gates provide access to a private beach area and pontoon where guests are welcome to moor their boat. Two canoes and two SUP boards are provided for guests to enjoy as well. The front lawns and beach area enjoys wonderful views of the Rocca d'Angera and guests will be treated to some wonderful sunsets each evening. There is plenty of parking within the grounds of the property. If required, there is also an underground parking area.
