This delightful 150 m2 apartment offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay in this dynamic city. It is located on the first floor and does not have lift access, so it is inappropriate for people with reduced mobility. Please note that the property is located on the main street, so it will likely have some noise. Once you enter the flat, you must climb stairs to access the property's first floor. You will come across an open living and kitchen space on the right side. The living space features a lovely sitting area where guests can relax while watching TV after exploring the city. The kitchen provides a welcoming environment for socializing and enjoying meals together. It also includes a dining table, washing machine and a dishwasher. On the left side of the entrance are two bedrooms—one with a queen bed and a complete bathroom, both fitted with all the amenities to sleep and freshen up and multiple storage spaces; the second bedroom features a comfortable queen bed as well. In front of the entrance is another complete bathroom and the stairs to reach the second floor. Guests will find the third bedroom, which includes a queen bed, a comfortable couch, a desk, and plenty of places to store belongings and relax. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay! Please note: - The apartment is originally a two-bedroom (T2), in which an attic has been converted into an open-space office (WITHOUT a bathroom). We have determined that it does not have the conditions to be considered a bedroom for two adults. - The bed in the attic has a thin mattress suitable for children or, at most, for one adult (and we do not intend to change this). | - The water heater that supports the two existing bathrooms does not have the capacity to handle showers for 6 people. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home! Other things to note This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included). Please note: A rental contract must be signed online prior to your arrival.
