Welcome to our modern, 1-bdrm/1-bath condo in the heart of Fairmont Hot Springs, with easy ground-floor access(no stairs), keyless entry & strong WIFI. Simply enjoy the serenity of the majestic landscape or head outdoors for activities: golf, hiking, biking, skiing & swimming in hot springs. Fully equipped with a king-size bed, sleeper sofa & closet space. Kitchenette, walking distance to the grocery store, restaurants, and 20-min drive to town, and 5-45min to skiing. Furry friends are welcome ! The space PLEASE - NO Parties NO smoking, vaping or drugs in/on the property. Smoking is only permitted BY THE RETAINING WALL (these are strata rules, and we thank you for respecting this and providing an enjoyable environment for all guests and residents.) We want you to enjoy the space, please be mindful and respectful of the quiet hours beginning after 10:00 PM. Our neighbours thank you in advance. We have a strict “no parties” rule. Any noise violations past 10:00 pm will result in a $250 fine and eviction. No smoking or vaping on the premises or within the property. Guest access Alfred SmartLock - code will be provided the day prior to your arrival Remote control for ceiling fans in living room and bedroom, as well as A/C unit in living room. **Please Note for the ceiling fans - keep the "numbered" wall switch to Number 3 for brightest intensity Other things to note This unit is on the ground floor, allowing direct accessible entry from the parking lot (no steps, nor stairs). We appreciate that you DO NOT back into the parking spaces adjacent the building, as the fumes are very bothersome to the residents and guests of the building. Note that the sleeper sofa is a double bed. Please note that the jets in the tub are inoperable due to strata rules. There is a stove top as well as a microwave/convection oven and toaster oven, but no full size oven. You have complimentary access to the volleyball court and kids' playground. For your enjoyment, we provide 2 tennis racquets, volleyball and basketball, along with 4-beach chairs and 4 beach towels. There is a fee to access the pool/waterslide as this belongs to the Mountainview Resort.
