You'll have access to a sparkling pool at Ocean Pier III, offering a refreshing oasis for you to unwind under the sun. A shared grill awaits, ready to assist you in preparing delicious local seafood feasts. After your sandy adventures, rinse off under the outdoor shower to maintain the pristine ambiance of your vacation rental. Inside, the cozy furnishings invite you to unwind and forget about the outside world. Let the soothing South Carolina breeze drift in through the sliding glass door as you savor moments of leisure. Step onto the balcony to bask in the warm sunshine and enjoy the distant melody of the ocean and the playful calls of seagulls soaring above. Bedding Details: No linens are furnished... Please arrange for linens in advance. Linens are $35.00 per bed which includes one fitted and one flat sheet, two pillowcases, two bath towels, and two washcloths. Hand towels, kitchen towels, and beach towels are not provided. Linens will NOT be available upon your arrival if not ordered in advance. The unit would only come furnished with comforters, pillows, and blankets. If ordered, the linens will be delivered to your rental unit the day of your arrival and may arrive after you check in to the property. Beds are not made. Please also note that toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags are not provided. A valid Visa or MasterCard must be placed on file with Elliott Beach Rentals for incidentals. Please note that to confirm your booking, you will need to e-sign our rental agreement. Guests will need to provide the host, Elliott Beach Rentals, with their email address to receive this document. Guests will not be able to check in without signing our rental agreement. Guest will check-in at our rental office to collect key packet, parking passes, and pool bands (if applicable), then head to the rental. Our Check-in hours are a range between 3pm-5:30pm (7pm on summer Saturdays). You will receive a text message notification within that window once your unit has been cleaned and is ready for check-in.
