Description
Relax after a day out in Bath. The bath stone Victorian house comfortably hosts 5 people - 6 would be a squeeze. It boasts a fabulous garden, large patio, private rear parking (2x small cars) plus free parking to the front. It practically opens on to Brickfields Park. There is a big M&S, Lidl, and Moorland Road a stone's throw away. You can walk along the river into town (30 mins), take the #5 bus (about 7 mins) or whizz in from Oldfield Park station (30 seconds - and 15 mins to Bristol TM). The space Upstairs Bedroom 1 - the master This bedroom is a great size and has a luxurious, cosy feel. The bed is super king! From the 8th July there will be a floor-to-ceiling and wall to wall fitted wardrobe, therefore plenty of storage. Bedroom 2 - the zen garden room This bedroom has a double bed. It fits 2 people for a short stay and has a very serene feel. Room 3 - the middle room with study This room has a king bed and a handy desk. If enough notice is provided, I am happy to leave my monitor, keyboard, and mouse... meaning an easy and immediate work set-up. Downstairs Kitchen Fully-equipped kitchen with plenty of high-class cutlery, crockery, glasses, pans, etc. I am laid-back, but please let me know if anything gets broken. Dishwasher, washing machine, large freezer/fridge etc. Bathroom Modern bathroom with underfloor heating, deep luxurious standing bath, and powerful walk-in shower with various jets. Open-plan dining/living room Spacious open plan living room, with extendable table plus another desk, and brand-new sofa with chaise that turns into a sofa bed. There is also a large desk next to the stairs. Guest access The entire house and garden. Other things to note All my cleaning products are natural.
