There's a second prep kitchen alongside it — useful when a group of 14 all want to eat at the same time. Head down to the cellar and you'll find the cinema. There's an enclosed courtyard with outdoor dining furniture and a BBQ, parking for up to 6 cars, and a fast EV charger on site. All seven bedrooms have TVs. Five have en-suite shower rooms. The two shared bathrooms on the landings have slipper baths — a detail worth mentioning. Windermere village is moments away — cafés, pubs, restaurants and Booths supermarket all within easy reach. The Orrest Head walk starts directly across the road. Twenty minutes to the top. Views that make it very much worth the climb. Up to 4 dogs are very welcome. Other things to note We change the water in the hot tub between every booking. That may mean that on arrival day the water in the hot tub is not up to temperature until the early evening.
