The space Living Room The living room has a sofa and a sofa bed that folds out to a double bed, a smart TV, and side tables. Kitchen & Dining Area The open kitchen and dining area is equipped with all the essentials, including a 4-burner electric stove, double oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, pots, pans, silverware, and glassware. The dining table seats six. Floor-to-ceiling bifold patio doors connect the interior to the garden, allowing for indoor-outdoor living. Step outside for dining or use the enclosed garden. Accommodation The house accommodates up to 9 guests across 4 bedrooms and includes 1 double sofa bed in the living room. The beds are zip-and-link, allowing flexible configurations to suit guest preferences. Bedrooms Bed Configurations – Please provide advance notice for preferred setup: Bedroom 1: 1 King bed (or 2 singles) with en-suite Bedroom 2: 1 Double bed Bedroom 3: 2 Single beds (or 1 King bed) Bedroom 4: 2 Single beds (or 1 King bed) All beds use 200-thread-count cotton linen. Bathrooms The house has two full-size bathrooms: the primary bedroom has an en-suite shower, and the second bathroom includes a bathtub and shower. There is also a downstairs toilet. Parking Private parking is available on the drive for up to 4 vehicles, with additional free on-street parking nearby. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire property exclusively for the duration of their stay. Other things to note Important: We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we collect ID and Damage Deposit to know our guest. Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details and ID. You will also be given the choice between paying a £200 refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable £25 damage waiver. Additional guests over 4 are charged at a rate of £15 per night per head. Superior quality linen and towels are provided. A mid stay maid service is available on request for clean and change in linen, this would be an additional cost. Child cots, highchairs and stair gates are also available at no extra cost but subject to availability. (If cots are provided guests are asked to please bring their own child's bedding).
