Luxurious family villa boasting an oversized private pool & spa which offers sunshine from early till late with no rear neighbours. The property is just 15 miles from Disney’s attractions and located on the highly desirable Manor at West Haven gated community. It’s just minutes from the restaurants, bars, golf and amenities of bustling, upmarket Champions Gate. The space On arrival you will love its front elevation framed by lush tropical landscaping and fresh brickwork paving. A large open plan living area is styled with vaulted ceilings and opens onto a large outdoor pool and entertaining space, that is perfect for relaxation. The garage is setup as a sports bar/games room featuring a pool table, air hockey, foosball, TV and bar area. The 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom property boasts two generous owner’s bedroom suites featuring king-sized beds, en-suite bathrooms with dual vanity units & direct pool access. The third and fourth bedrooms are themed twins and share the third bathroom, which also offers access from the pool area. Key features include A/C & Wi-Fi throughout, 7 smart Roku TVs (full cable, Netflix/Disney etc, one outside), a kitchen featuring Corian surfaces and washer/dryer facilities. Both the indoor and outdoor dining areas comfortably seat eight people and a BBQ is available. We try to help make the journey as hassle-free as possible for young families. A stroller, travel cot, baby monitor and high-chair are all available free of charge. The pool area has a removable child security fence available and every rear door is fitted with a pool alarm that activates when opened. The Manor is a welcoming community which includes a tennis/pickleball court and children’s playground – both located a short walk from the property. Cleaning of the BBQ is required ahead of departure, or an additional cleaning fee will be charged. This villa is provided on a self catering basis. Initial cleaning equipment consisting of 2 x cleaning cloth, 1 x kitchen paper, 2 x bin bag, 1 x kitchen detergent, 1 x toilet roll & soap /bathroom and 3-4 Laundry & dishwasher tabs are provided as a starter pack. Mid Stay cleans are available for $170 on request. The villa is not a hotel and therefore there is no cleaning or turndown provided mid stay.
