The space Casa Beleza, a single-story apartment on the ground floor, features 1 spacious bedroom with air conditioning, a bathroom (renovated in 2024) with sink, toilet, bidet, and spacious walk-in shower. The bathroom has heating. The fully equipped spacious kitchen offers all amenities. The large living room is equipped with air conditioning, two comfortable sofas and an armchair, LED TV with international channels, fireplace and a dining area overlooking the terrace, garden, swimming pool and golf course. The bedroom has a comfortable king size bed (180x200), large wardrobe. The entire house, inside and outside, has excellent WiFi. Outside there is plenty of parking at the front door. There is an alarm system, for which you will receive the code. You have your own private apartment with front and rear spacious terraces with access to the grass, the swimming pool is only used by the guests of the surrounding apartments. There are several swimming pools at the resort. The golf course has 18 holes and 27 greens, a modern clubhouse where you can have breakfast, lunch, dinner or just enjoy a cold drink and some tapas. The resort has a gym, tennis court, heated indoor pool and of course all golf facilities. You can use these for an additional fee. The house has a garden with lawn and a terrace with seats all around. The outdoor swimming pool, with separate children's area and within a very short walking distance. The facilities at Gramacho Golf Resort are excellent for off-course golfers, couples and families, the location is quiet and yet only a short drive to the 4 surrounding small villages and beaches.
