Welcome to Finca La Frecuencia - a permaculture and wellness center in the mountains, 3.5 km from Minca. Our piece of paradise is off-the-grid with solar power, comfy beds and songs of nature. Artesanal meals and craft drinks are on tap. Two beautiful waterfalls are a 20-minute walk. Hiking and bird watching, yes. We also offer acupuncture, massage, natal chart reading and sound therapy, or meditation classes, tai chi, singing or music theory. Your stay with us helps grow this dream project. The space Welcome! This is a private suite in our Bamboo Pentagon house, one of two on the 2nd floor. The view is open and green. Sweet and spacious, you have a private bathroom, a luxuriously firm queen size bed and gravity chairs to take in a book with a breeze. It is solar-powered, as we are completely off the grid. Built with love and designed to keep you connected to the nature while being super cozy. All linens are pure 100% cotton. . Walking to Minca town is 45 minutes one way and 1 hour back up. We offer artesanal and amazing meals, drinks and snacks in our cafe for additional fees. Guest access Outside of the dorm, you have access to hiking trails, our cafe (where you can enjoy a meal, co-work or just be. You can talk with Tala or Jesse about scheduling a sound therapy, massage or acupuncture session, or a natal chart reading- during your stay. During your stay One of us, either Tala or Jesse, are usually on hand to show you around, answer questions, talk life and give treatments. Social interaction here is natural, not expected. It's a retreat space after all, so being alone and with people are both great! Other things to note Plan to arrive no later than 7pm. Past 9 pm we may not be available to check you in. We have filtered spring water on the property free of charge, so no need to bring water. Food and drink services are preferred to be paid in Colombian pesos. Digital payment options have a 5% surcharge. Please be respectful of the land, the water and the air. Use natural shampoo and soap. Commercial cigarette smoking is allowed but please ONLY SMOKE OUTSIDE and away from the house. We offer breakfast for an additional 20,000 COP as well as lunch 25,000 COP and dinner for 30,000 COP per meal and are happy to accommodate dietary needs to our best ability.
