Please note that the studio is located on the 3rd floor, and there is no elevator. Unwind in the living room, which boasts a comfortable sofa and a flat-screen TV. Natural sunlight fills the space, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The balcony offers a stunning view. The mezzanine features a double bed with complimentary high-quality linens to ensure a restful night's sleep. The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials, including an electric hob, oven, and coffee machine, allowing you to prepare delicious meals. The bathroom is stocked with clean towels and complimentary toiletries for your convenience. To ensure your comfort, the space is always professionally cleaned. Enjoy your stay! Other things to note This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
