The lounge has one of the biggest Chesterfield sofas you'll ever sit on — seats 16, wraps around a living flame fire, and has a large flat-screen TV. The dining room seats 14 and doubles as a party room when the tables are pushed back. The kitchen is handmade and built around a bright red 4-oven AGA with a separate electric range cooker. It's a serious kitchen for a group that likes to eat well. Head downstairs and you'll find the cinema. Fifteen seats. 75-inch Smart TV. Log into Netflix and the night is yours. Outside, the hot tub seats 7 in its own private area. There's a large patio with a BBQ, off-road parking, and a fast EV charger on site. Six bedrooms sleep 14 across a mix of super-kings, kings, doubles, and a four-bed room on the top floor — perfect for kids or a group of friends. Two shared bathrooms serve the first floor. The second floor has its own shower room and bathroom. Windermere village is moments away — cafés, pubs, restaurants, and Booths supermarket all within easy reach. The Orrest Head walk starts directly across the road. Twenty minutes to the top. Views worth every step. Up to 4 dogs very welcome. There's a utility room for muddy boots and wet leads. Book alongside White Moss next door and the dining room opens up to seat everyone together. Take the whole Terrace and you've got 71 guests across five houses. Guest access The whole house is yours, including the private hot tub and cinema. Other things to note We change the water in the hot tub between every booking. That may mean that on arrival day the water in the hot tub is not up to temperature until the early evening.
