The apartment is located on the very central Via Faenza, in the San Lorenzo district, and all points of interest can be reached within a few minutes on foot. The apartment consists of two double bedrooms with separable beds, one of which has a private bathroom with a shower, and a single bedroom. The property also includes a second shared bathroom with a shower, a living room with a dining table, and a fully equipped kitchenette. It is situated on the third and top floor, without an elevator. The space Upon arrival, our guests will find a courtesy kit to meet their first needs (toilet paper, soap, shampoo, etc.). The apartment is located in a restricted traffic zone.  Check-in is by appointment from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM. For arrivals after 8:00 PM, a supplement will be applied. Service limitation: Air conditioning in Italy is regulated by national laws that set a minimum temperature of 20°C and a maximum of 22°C. The temperature values ​​allowed in our apartment are 19°C (+ 2°C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21° C. The info that guests are required to provide include a valid ID and resident address. To ensure maximum comfort for all guests, we recommend using the shower one person at a time. The apartment is equipped with a water heater, so simultaneous use of hot water may temporarily reduce the water temperature.
