The main living room (Living Room 1) is a comfortable and welcoming space for unwinding after a day exploring the coast and countryside. For something a little different, the dedicated cinema room (Living Room 2) provides the perfect spot for movie nights, rainy-day entertainment and relaxed evenings together. The open-plan kitchen and dining area forms the social heart of the house. The dramatic Valley of Rocks is within easy walking distance, while the famous cliff railway provides a unique connection between Lynton and the picturesque harbour village of Lynmouth below. From the house, you can also access an extensive network of walking routes across Exmoor, with rugged coastline, wooded valleys, rivers and open moorland all waiting to be explored. The village itself offers a selection of cafés, pubs, restaurants and independent shops, making it easy to enjoy the local area without needing to drive. 🚗 Parking There is parking available at the property, together with a range of convenient free parking options nearby. Free on-street parking is available on Lee Road for up to two hours between Easter and October, with unlimited parking available at other times of the year. There are also a number of nearby roads offering free parking, just a short walk from the house. In addition, Lynton has several local-authority car parks throughout the village. A parking permit can be purchased which allows for parking in all Lynton and Lynmouth Car Parks.
