The space The house was fully renovated in 2024 with a modern and stylish finish throughout. It comes with the below: -Romantic master room features a king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. - Japanese-style twin room with movable mattresses - Wardrobe and desk can be found in each room - A double and a single sofa bed that can sleep 3 additional guests - Smart TV with Netflix - Full kitchen - Roland digital piano - Free parking - Washing machine - EV charger - Free bicycle rental Guest access - Entire 2nd and 3rd floor of the house with separate entrance - Asia food or cooking class on request - Free bicycle rental Other things to note • The home is in residential areas. We want you to enjoy your stay, but we also ask that you have some consideration for our neighbours. • If we suspect any prohibited substances or drugs are being used, you will be asked to leave immediately and will not be refunded. • NOT to use the property for parties,. If, on arrival, it is felt the guests are intending to use the property for such an event, you will be refused entrance. If we believe a party is underway, you will be charged £2,000. • Please keep music to a reasonable level outside. • NOT to be the cause of any significant noise between 10PM and 9AM. If noise is deemed to be excessive, we reserve the right to ask you to leave and you will not be refunded. • NOT to cause an annoyance or become a nuisance to occupants of adjoining premises. • NOT to smoke inside the property. Smoking is allowed OUTSIDE the property, provided all doors and windows are closed. If we suspect you have been smoking in the property, you will be charged £300 • NOT to re-let or sublet the property to any other group/party. • Only use the property strictly for residential purposes. • NOT to permit any visitors to enter the property, where authorisation has not been requested in advance. • Please leave the house in a clean and tidy condition. We promise not to be the fun police, and we fully respect your space and time in our properties. Please do enjoy your time with us. We hope you leave relaxed and well-rested!
