The space Guests have their own private entrance and patio, while the flat is part of a fully renovated 1930s home. Upstairs: 1 bedroom with a king-size bed + 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. Ground floor: living room with single sofa bed (plus comfortable memory foam mattress), kitchenette, and bathroom with shower. Kitchenette: microwave, coffee machine & Dolce Gusto, washing machine, kettle, two-burner induction hob, mini-fridge – light cooking only. We provide hotel-quality linens and towels for your comfort. Driving guests welcome! Our home is outside the London Congestion Charge zone - no daily fees for driving here. Free street parking is available right outside the house, no permits required. Guest access Check-in instructions and access code sent on the morning of arrival. Late check-out available on request (£20/hour). No luggage storage before check-in or after check-out. Other things to note - Families with children are welcome, but guests are fully responsible for their safety. - The stairs to the first floor are steep - not suitable for young children, elderly guests, or anyone with mobility issues. Large or heavy luggage may need to stay downstairs. Please consider this before booking. - The host lives in the other part of the house and is nearby if you need any assistance. Guests have a private, self-contained space with their own entrance and full privacy. You won’t share any areas or facilities with the host. - Some internal doors and one window in each of the two upstairs bedrooms are locked and marked with a notice. Please do not attempt to open them, but you are welcome to open the other windows in the bedrooms. This is in accordance with UK safety regulations. - The property is monitored by external CCTV for security. - We document the apartment’s condition with photos and videos before each stay. - Please report any issues within 2 hours of check-in, with photos or videos. Late or undocumented complaints cannot be accepted. - The host or licensed professionals may enter the property if necessary for urgent repairs, with prior notice. - Guests are responsible for their own belongings. Items left behind will be stored for 7 days only; after that, they may be discarded.
