Its architecture boasts vaulted ceilings and a large front porch, inviting guests to unwind in a tranquil environment. The cottage features a well-equipped kitchenette, offering convenience for preparing meals during your stay. The space is adorned with a king-sized bed, ensuring a restful sleep, and an en-suite bathroom for added privacy. A queen sleeper sofa in the bright and airy living room provides additional sleeping arrangements. Guests at the Bluebonnet Cottage can take advantage of the riverfront location, indulging in activities such as kayaking or floating on the peaceful waters of the Pedernales River. The property offers a large covered pavilion, providing a gathering space furnished with comfortable seating and a convenient bathroom. Additionally, the pavilion boasts a backdrop wall ideal for capturing memorable photos to share on social media platforms. As evening descends, firepits around the property offer an ideal setting for stargazing under the vast Texas skies, creating a magical atmosphere for relaxation and connection with nature. The waterfront oasis is complemented by hammocks and swings, providing additional spots for unwinding and enjoying the picturesque surroundings. Surrounding the property are neighboring ranches featuring beautiful horses, goats, sheep, donkeys, and llamas, enhancing the rustic charm of the setting. For those seeking a closer connection to nature, riverside walking trails are available for exploration. Ideal for group gatherings, a spacious covered pavilion awaits, featuring comfortable furnishings, a convenient bathroom, and a backdrop wall perfect for capturing memorable moments and social media-worthy photos. Pet fees & rules: We're delighted to welcome furry friends! This property is pet-friendly for dogs, unfortunately we can't accommodate cats at this time. -Pet fee(s) of $75+tax will apply in addition to the nightly rate. -Maximum of two dogs allowed with a combined maximum weight of 50 lbs. -Please keep your pups leashed outside and clean up after them. -A separate pet waiver must be signed. -Any and all damages or issues caused by your pet to a unit or furnishing will be immediately charged to your credit card on file. Guest access ✅ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $750 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $53 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $1.5 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.
