The space Tucked away down a quiet lane, relax in the garden or spread out in the huge, spacious house . The majority of the rooms are on the Ground floor with four bedrooms tucked away in the East wing. The large kitchen/family room is perfect for socialising while the sitting room is a comfortable space for relaxing around the log fire or watching TV. The well-equipped kitchen has two fridges for large group food and drink storage, a range cooker with 5-ring induction hob and a separate 'glide and hide' oven for catering for larger groups. The children will love the play room and the dining room is ready for memorable meals with room for everyone around the large table. The sunroom faces south onto the garden and is a favourite space to relax whatever the weather. The fifth bedroom with en-suite is tucked away up its own set of stairs. Perfect for a quiet escape from busy family life! Outside the garden wraps around the house with the main lawned area facing south and accessed through the Sun Room. The patio has a large table and chairs for ten people, a barbecue and two sun-loungers. At the back of the property are raised vegetable beds and a greenhouse. The whole garden is surrounded by tall evergreen hedges which makes it spacious and private at the same time. With easy, level access to all the reception rooms and four of the bedrooms, it's an ideal property for a multi-generational celebration or holiday. Situated on the edge of Wimborne Minster, with independent shops, cafes and restaurants and a weekly farmers' market. Visit Kingston Lacy, a National Trust property just 10 minutes away or take the children to run off stream on the Play Trail at Moors Valley Country Park. There is lots for all the family to do on the doorstep. The beaches at Bournemouth and Sandbanks are 20 minutes away and the glorious Purbecks and rest of the Jurassic Coast a little further. Picnic by a stream in the New Forest and explore the walks and cycleways or watch the vintage aircraft landing at Compton Abbas. Take the chain ferry across Poole harbour for a day on Studland beach and explore the ruins of Corfe Castle on the way home or take a boat to Brownsea Island and spot the red squirrels. Other things to note Please note there is a small wildlife pond in the corner of the garden. One or two well behaved dogs welcome but please keep them off the furniture.
