Inish Holiday Cottage is a 2-bedroom holiday cottage sleeping 4 guests comfortably. These ideally located coastal holiday cottages have been tastefully refurbished, both oozing charm and character. Property layout – Ground floor: - Cottage-style kitchen and dining area - Living area with Tv and Dvd player Property layout – First floor: - Bedroom 1: double ensuite sleeping 2 - Bedroom 2: twin sleeping 2 - Family bathroom with power shower, Wc, and hand basin Please note there is room for 1 cot only at the Inish Holiday Cottage. Outside the holiday cottage is a patio area with garden furniture available for you and your guests to relax while taking in the distant sea views and Saltee Islands. Wi-Fi is available at the property. Towels are provided at the location. Pet-Friendly Holiday HomeThis unique holiday cottage in Wexford will accept a maximum of 1 small pet per booking. Charges are payable on-site to the On-site Manager @ €30 per stay. Please note that the garden is not enclosed. Please mention your pet at the time of booking via our call centre, as your pet will not be accepted without prior confirmation. Local area & Tourist Attractions These unique cottages in Wexford are situated in a quiet rural setting close to the pretty village of Kilmore Quay and a 20-minute drive from Rosslare Harbour. It is the perfect coastal location for a seaside self-catering holiday in Ireland. Things to do in the local area: - Kilmore Quay: local restaurants, traditional pubs, shops, cafes, children’s playgrounds. - Trip to Saltee Islands - Swimming - Surfing: surfing camps for children during the holiday periods - Ballyteige Burrow trail - The Norman Way trail - The Ring of Hook - Ballycross Apple Farm in Bridgetown - Wexford Town - The Irish National Heritage Park - Wexford Opera House: hosts the opera festival every Autumn IMPORTANT NOTES1. Heating and Electricity: This is an extra charge which is mostly payable to the Property Manager/Owner. In some cases, energy is charged at a fixed daily rate or a rate per unit on the units consumed or you are required to top up a Pre-Paid Meter while in others, energy charges are included in the rate you have paid. We advise you to check with the local Owner/ Property Manager before arrival how this is calculated or before making the booking. 2. Security Deposit: A minimum refundable security deposit of €200 (per property) must be paid before check-in to your holiday home to the local Property Manager/ Owner. This is either taken over the phone by pre-authorising your credit card when you call the Property Manager to arrange your arrival time 48 hours in advance of arrival or at others it is taken on arrival by cash. In some locations and at certain times of year this can increase to €500 per property.
