Welcome to our Modern Comfy Home located in the highly desirable area of Mickleover in Derby, UK. The house is of a modern build boasting bedrooms, washrooms, living room, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, private garden with outdoor seating area, free car parking driveway, along with free wifi and free road parking. Relax with family or friends during your getaway at this peaceful cosy home. Feel at home while on vacation with complete facilities of a typical home and close by amenities. The space The house is located on a quiet residential street in Mickleover, Derby. The neighbourhood has a really peaceful vibe with newly built suburban homes. The home is located close to a variety of amenities which include supermarkets (Tesco & Sainsbury's local), restaurants, pubs which are a 5 min drive, or a 10 minute walk via a shortcut. For those who enjoy outdoor activities, there is a play area for children which is only a few minute's walk from the house. The main bedroom has a comfortable double-size bed and its very own ensuite shower room with a toilet and basin. Bedroom 2 also has a small double bed, a single bed, wardrobe, and bedside table with lamp. Bedroom 3 has a double bed, bedside table with lamp. All bedrooms are located on the 1st floor along with a full size bathroom. The bath is lovely for unwinding after a busy day. Downstairs there is a fully equipped kitchen that can cater for all your culinary needs. It boasts Zanussi branded appliances which include a large fridge freezer, a gas stove, oven, dishwasher, washer dryer, microwave, kettle, lots of utensils, cooking pots/pans and a charming dining area. We also provide complimentary tea, coffee, sugar and mineral water to make your stay more comfortable. There is a grassy garden with a small patio that you can get to from the kitchen. Perfect for relaxing in on a hot summers day. The living room is spacious, with 2 sofas, a rocking chair, another arm chair, coffee tables and also includes a 55 inch smart TV with a free NETFLIX account that you can enjoy watching your favourite shows or movies on. Guest access Access is via an Igloo Smartlock which is located on the main entrance door of the house. Unlock code will be sent on day of arrival. Please contact host on number provided on the day of arrival for any questions. Other things to note Tesco, Sinsburys local, BP petrol station with EV charging facilities, and other supermarkets are 5 min drive from the house. Free NETFLIX account is also included for catching up on your favourite movies or boxsets. A 7kw EV Charger is available at the property at an additional cost.
