The pool itself has step access. Around the pool is tiled and flat, with patches of gravel and shrubs. The widest bedroom door on the ground floor is 77cm wide, whilst the widest shower room door is 74cm, however this is located on the lower ground floor. There are 18 steps to the first floor, where the master bedroom has a door width of 77cm, and the ensuite door is 67cm wide.
