Located in the heart of the city centre, Canto Do Atlântico is the ideal base to explore São Miguel. Close to the island's best restaurants, cafes and natural wonders, our home sleeps up to eight guests across four bedrooms. Beyond the bedrooms, you'll find 3 bathrooms, a spacious living area, dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, an outdoor patio with a “churrasqueira” and a large basement. Alongside plenty of free street parking, our house also has a private garage - a rarity in the city. Our house is full of character, showcasing many of its original features that we have lovingly preserved. A. Ground Floor: ▪️Living Room: A welcoming and spacious area with a large smart TV. ▪️ Double Bedroom: Furnished with a comfortable double bed, suitable for two guests. ▪️ Dining Room: Equipped with an extendable dining table that seats up to eight, perfect for meals and gatherings. ▪️Ground Floor Bathroom: A full bathroom equipped with all necessary amenities. ▪️Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen, including a microwave, Nespresso, and dishwasher, perfect for all your culinary needs. ▪️Outdoor Patio: Directly off the kitchen, the patio features an outdoor dining area and an original “churrasqueira”, perfect for BBQs. ▪️ Laundry Room: A separate room with a washing machine, located off the patio for easy access. ▪️Additional Full Bathroom: Located off the laundry room, this extra bathroom also includes a shower, providing a convenient spot to rinse off and refresh after a day at the beach or exploring. NOTE: Please be aware that to access this bathroom, you need to exit the house through the kitchen, walk onto the patio, enter the laundry room, where you'll find the door to the bathroom to the right. B. First Floor: Air conditioning unit is located on the first floor. ▪️ Master Bedroom & Large Third Bedroom: Both rooms offer plenty of space and comfort and are furnished with queen-sized beds. Each room is equipped with a console table and mirror, providing an ideal spot for getting ready or getting some work done. ▪️ Fourth Bedroom: Featuring bunk beds and equipped a console table with a mirror, this room offers plenty of versatility and practicality. ▪️Full Bathroom: Centrally located among the bedrooms, this bathroom is equipped with all necessary amenities. C. Additional Spaces: ▪️ Garage: Alongside plenty of free on-street parking, our house includes a private garage, a rare find in the city centre, ensuring secure parking for your vehicle. Note - The house is located in the city centre and you may therefore hear noise from the street. Guest access Guests will have unrestricted access to the whole house. In addition, the house is located: ▪️ 950m from Portas do Mar. ▪️ 650m from Portas da Cidade. ▪️ 4.2km (6 minute drive) from João Paulo II Airport ▪️ 650m from Campo de São Francisco, one of the oldest public parks in the city. Other things to note IMPORTANT: In accordance with local government regulations, as of 01 January 2025 the municipality of Ponta Delgada has introduced a "tourist tax" ("A Taxa Turística Municipal de Ponta Delgada"). Guests are required to pay a tourist tax of €2 per person, per night, up to a maximum of 3 consecutive nights. This applies to individuals aged 13 and over who are not residents of the Autonomous Region of the Azores. Note: We’re happy to accommodate late arrivals. To ensure smooth check-in for all our guests, an additional service fee of €25 applies for all arrivals after 22:00. Registration Details 2680
