We offer you a comfortable room with a single bed, fan and closet. Cozy spaces with warm lighting will be at your disposal. Plus 3 fully equipped bathrooms, a full kitchen and additional services such as breakfast for just $6,000 extra. We're here to help! We have reception available from 7am to 2am every day. If you require our support outside of these hours, let us know in advance and we will gladly assist you. The space Our facilities have a lot of natural ventilation as we have a front garden, a backyard and an internal patio that allow constant air flow. We have been known as a quiet and pleasant place to rest, work and study. Due to the pandemic, common areas are restricted, which has forced us to temporarily eliminate activities that we normally carried out to integrate and socialize with our guests. Guest access Due to the health emergency situation caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, our common areas are available with certain restrictions to comply with bio-safety guidelines. The kitchen can be used by one person at a time. We have properly spaced tables so that our guests can eat their food, bathrooms with hot water, soap and toilet paper that will be checked periodically to comply with cleaning and disinfection protocols. Other things to note Our establishment has a 24/7 surveillance system, video intercom in case you arrive late, lockers and keys for the individual rooms; so security is not something you have to worry about. At El Aguacate, we think of everything to offer you the best service. Most of our team members speak English in case Spanish is not your strong point.
