Other things to note - Once your reservation is confirmed, a link with the steps for the online check-in is sent. Our online check-in process requires guests to fill out their personal information, upload a government-issued ID, and a selfie before arriving at the property. Guests will receive their access code 10 minutes before check-in time and only after completing the online check-in. - Check-in method: lockbox. You can self-check in at any time after 3 PM. - Early check-in before 3:00 PM (if available) is subject to an additional fee. - Late check-out after 11:00 AM (if available) is subject to an additional fee. - Cleaning and extra towels/bed linens during your stay are subject to an additional fee. - Welcome amenities such as shampoo, fresh towels, and bed linens are provided upon arrival (based on the number of guests). - For bookings of 28 days or more, an extra fee of 3.5€/day will be charged to cover additional utility costs (electricity, water, heating, internet, property administration, gas, etc.) associated with longer stays.
