Experience Whistler at the center of it all. Located at Marketplace Shopping Center next to Olympic Plaza in Whistler Village. Bright 2 bed 2 bath. Comfortably sleeps 4 or 5 adults, up to a young family of 7. Full kitchen, balcony, HDTV, WiFi, fireplace, AC. One free parking spot. Newly renovated Hot Tub is just down the hall. Close to transit. The space Nicely renovated with custom crafted modern furnishings, you’ll love staying at our bright and comfortable condo. The master bedroom and 3rd floor patio/balcony have a beautiful view of the mountains. Equipped with air conditioning in master bedroom and living room, and a gas fireplace. California king bed in the master, single-above/double-below bunkbed in second room, and queen sofa bed in the living room. Wall mount fan in second room. Sleeps up to 7 for a family, recommended max 5 or 6 adults. All linens and towels, cooking utensils, cutlery, glassware provided. Professionally cleaned before and after your stay. Newly renovated shared hot tub just down the hall. Sorry, dogs are not allowing in the building. Guest access Full access in the condo. There is a secure bike storage room (bring your own locks), garbage room, and bike wash station in the basement level. We provide 2 access fobs, which are needed to use the elevators, hot tub room, garbage room and bike lockup room. Failure to return these fobs will result in $125 charge for each; that is what we are charged to replace them. Other things to note This is a strata complex, so please be mindful of other guests and owners. Strata rules are No Pets, No Smoking/Vaping, No loud or excessive noise. We ask that you remove shoes while in the unit; rocks, etc get trapped and can damage the flooring, plus causes excessive noise to the unit below. We are not a hotel; we do provide starters of soap, shampoo, toilet paper, etc. but when these run out you are responsible to provide your own. On Normal Stays: Room must be left in normal lived-in condition (as in a hotel room stay). Please load and start dishwasher, and remove garbage to downstairs bins. No strewn garbage and leftovers in the room please, and no damage or stains. On Long-Term Stays: unit will be left clean and in same condition as when rented, less normal wear and tear. Extra cleaning costs will be charged for excessive cleaning or repairs required. We provide one free parking spot; the underground lot is designed for normal vehicles; oversize vans, motor homes, or very large trucks may not be able to fit (entrance height of the garage is 6'8"). Additional and oversized parking are available in Whistler. Note: there are a few free guest spots (114 to 118) within our building at present on a first come basis. Or, there is parking at the nearby Conference Center and the Library parking garages or other hotels in the area. Lot 3 & 4 just up the road offer open air paid parking during the summer. We would suggest some form of travel insurance may be appropriate, in case there are issues with the weather, roads, flights, etc., on your arrival, since our cancellation policy is set for no refund if this should happen. This is because I'd be very unlikely to secure a replacement booking on short notice. Just trying to avoid any issues.
