Summer Lake

At Summer Lake, you have space for calm and comfort at home, then activities and adventure the moment the water calls. Paddleboarding, swimming, fishing, or jumping into the rowing boat to get straight out onto the lake, before drifting back to shore to recharge in the hot tub. With plenty of space to spread out and easy places to come together for meals and stories. The space Summer Lake sleeps up to eight guests across four bedrooms. The principal bedroom features a king-size bed and en-suite, while the 2nd, 3rd and 4th bedrooms can be set as twins or super-kings. There are three bathrooms in total, plus a downstairs toilet. Inside, the open-plan living, kitchen and dining area is designed for time together, with a dining table for eight and everything you need for relaxed group stays. You’ll find a fully equipped kitchen with appliances and cookware, a Smart TV, fast and reliable WiFi, air conditioning in lake-facing bedrooms, and a utility space with a washing machine and tumble dryer. Wildsmith Skin toiletries are included with every stay, along with bed linen, towels and robes for every guest. Outside, you’ll have an enclosed, glass-fronted lakeside decking with a private hot tub, outdoor table for al fresco drinking and dining, a charcoal BBQ, direct lake access and a rowing boat included for easy time on the water. Guest access You’ll have full private use of the house and the lakeside decking throughout your stay. Parking is available on site, with two allocated spaces and additional room for visitors. Check in from 3PM and check out by 10AM. You can arrive at your own pace with self check-in via key box, just give us a call if you have any issues. Other things to note The house is dog-friendly. Up to two well-behaved dogs are welcome (£35 per dog). A travel cot and highchair are available, and decoration services can be arranged for special occasions. Quiet hours run from 10.30PM to 8AM, and we ask guests to respect the peaceful setting: No parties, and no smoking indoors.
