About your ●reservation We only accept reservations from families, family groups, and groups of friends over 30 years old, and we ask that you strictly follow the house rules when using our villa. [Reservation Restrictions] We do not allow Chinese customers due to repeated violations of the house rules. Also, we ask that you treat our villa with respect, and we are currently not accepting reservations from groups of friends in their 20s, so please understand. ● About the accommodation fee The accommodation fee is a flat fee for up to 5 people (* There is an additional charge for more than 6 people). * About domestic discounts and repeat discounts We also offer discounts on accommodation fees for customers living in Japan who use the service on weekdays and for repeat customers, so please feel free to contact us. The space ● The building is completely non-smoking. Please note that if you smoke in the building, you will be charged a special deodorizing cleaning fee. ● The indications for the hot spring are autonomic instability, insomnia, and depression. * Toothbrushes and face towels for bathing are provided in the dressing room of the bathroom. ● There is a living room, Japanese-style room (with bedding for 2 people), kitchen and bathroom on the 1st floor, and 3 guest rooms (each with beds for 2 people) and a sun room on the 2nd floor. It can accommodate up to 8 guests. There is one toilet on each floor. ● If you use the bunk beds and bedding in the Japanese-style room, we ask that you make the beds yourself. ● TVs are installed in the living room and Japanese-style room. In the living room, you can watch online video distribution services such as WOWOW on demand, Tver, and NHK +. Enjoy a wealth of content, including movies, dramas, music, stage shows, and missed programs. 　Smart speakers (Google Home) are also installed in the living room and in each room. You can enjoy music streaming services such as Spotify. ● The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, IH stove, microwave, oven toaster, rice cooker, electric pressure cooker, multi-roaster, hot plate, food processor, electric pot, coffee maker, etc., so please use them for cooking. * If you would like to use a pizza roaster, we will only provide it if you contact us. ● There is also a pergola in the large garden surrounded by greenery, where you can enjoy BBQs, etc. for free. * We will lend you a BBQ grill for free, so please contact us in advance if you wish to use it. * Please prepare BBQ nets, charcoal, and firelighters, etc. In addition, we can sell you a BBQ net (unused) for 1,000 yen/piece, charcoal (3 kg) and a set of firelighters for 1,000 yen/set (local payment), so please contact us in advance if you would like to purchase them. ● The fire pit corner is available for free from April to October, but please bring firewood from a home center, etc. * The nearest home center is Komeri Hard & Green Naruko Store, but we recommend contacting them in advance. Please let us know in advance if you will be using the campfire corner. If you let us know in advance, we will provide 4 low-style chairs for the bonfire in the entrance, so please feel free to use them. Please return them to their original place after use. Please enjoy safely and with moderation. ● Please note that security cameras and intercoms with cameras are installed on the entrance porch of the facility, and cameras that monitor only the entrance are installed indoors for security and guidance from the health center. Guest access Please refrain from entering places where there is a sign prohibiting entry by unauthorized persons. Also, please do not try to open locked doors. Other things to note ● For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not provide food, condiments, ice, etc. Please understand that you will need to prepare these yourself. Please feel free to use the ice tray in the freezer. Also, the nearest convenience store is about 6 km away, and the supermarket is about 18 km away. You can also buy some sweets, drinks, condiments, processed foods, etc. at the Yakuodo Osaki Naruko store about 8 km away, but the selection of fresh food is not sufficient, so if you come by car, we recommend that you procure it at a supermarket on the way. In addition, we offer free pick-up and drop-off to the nearest supermarket, etc. for guests arriving by public transportation, so please let us know in advance if you wish to use this service. ● Please be aware that if you smoke in the building, we will charge you a special cleaning fee to deodorize it. ● Please be sure to read the house rules and only book if you can follow them all.
