We are a different kind of alternative. Just 3 km from El Chaltén, our camp is surrounded by nature: on one side, the Río de las Vueltas; on the other, a striking granite wall. Each dome has stoves, Queen beds and everything that you would expect for a cozy house-room. They also have inside private bathroom with showers, 220 V electricity and “WIFI detox” (no internet in nature). Guest access The Living Dome along with the Dining Dome, of 80-square-meter each, with its large windows, are the ideal place to relax and unwind, enjoy pleasant conversations, read a book or just have a drink by the fireplace with breathtaking views of the mountains. There is also an open campfire on the campground, the perfect place to enjoy the starry southern sky. Hanging hammocks, tucked away in the woods, offer a haven to enjoy a nap or simply admire the scenery. There are also picnic tables on the banks of the Río de las Vueltas, and a trail that follows the river through the valley for about two hours to reach the old gendarmerie post.
