This gorgeous property is located in the prestigious gated community of West Haven, in the Champions Gate area. You will be really close to all Disney Parks and all other major Orlando attractions (Universal Studios, Seaworld, Legoland...) When at the property: You will enjoy the beautiful views from the pool deck (no rear neighbors - South facing). You will love how spacious the property feels and all the details that were just added by the owners to enhance your stay. This house has 5 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, and 2 half bathrooms. The king size bedroom downstairs with ensuite bathroom (and a beautiful view and access to the pool). Upstairs you have 4 more bedrooms: A second primary bedroom with a king size bed and an ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 3 has a queen size bed with private bathroom. Bedroom 4 has two sets of bunk beds. Bedroom 5 has two twin beds. Those two bedrooms share a hallway full bathroom. All bedrooms have their own TV. The kitchen is fully equipped (dishware, pots and pans, microwave, fridge, stove, oven, coffee maker (and also a Keurig one), dishwasher... There is also a washer and dryer at the property. The patio area even has a dining table and... an outdoor TV for you to watch the game while enjoying the pool and the Florida sunshine. And because luxury is about details, there is a guest toilet (half bath) on the pool deck and downstairs near the living room so that you do not need to run to your room when enjoying the outdoors or your dinner. The reached temperature will depend on the weather. Pool heaters run 12 hours during the day. No refund or compensation will be given if the pool heater does not work unless the guests paid for the heating of the pool and it is proven that there was a technical issue that created an inconvenience. The refund or compensation will never exceed the amount paid by the guest for the heating of the pool. ** This property is self-catering. A small starter kit is provided for your arrival, including 3 dishwasher tablets, 2 trash bags, 1 new sponge, 1 kitchen paper towel, 1 starter soap per bathroom, and 1 roll of toilet paper per toilet.
