Bedroom 1 - King Bed Bedroom 2 - Queen Bed Other - Main Living Area has 1 pull-out sofa bed (mattress size is 57”x74”), Pack 'n Play with memory foam matress suitable for baby/Toddler that can be set up in any room. Other Amenities include: - Full size Washer & dryer - Dishwasher - Fireplace (electric) - Integrated Generator (you will never lose power even if there is a power outage!) - Hot tub - Outdoor seating areas - Covered porch with custom bed swing - Lots of extra blankets for sitting outside - Fully equipped kitchen: Microwave, toaster, blender, pots & pans, serving dishes, baking sheets, muffin tins, Ninja Foodi, Large Crockpot, Olive oil & spices... too much to list (if there is something specific you are looking for please msg and I confirm if we have it) Guest access The property is comprised of two areas. The front 1/2 acre is exclusively for the use of the guests. The back gated area occupies a shop and owner storage, which is off-limits to guests. Although the owner might wish to access this back area on occasion, the property will be inhabited solely by the guests. Other things to note - Check-in time: 3:00 PM - Check-out time: 11:00 AM - Pets are not allowed - Smoking is not permitted indoors. - Please respect our neighbours and keep noise levels down, especially in the evenings. - We provide complimentary coffee for our guests' enjoyment.
