The second entrance, through a screened-in porch, offers direct access from the parking lot, making it ideal for seniors or guests with limited mobility. 🏠 Reservation holder must be present during the stay 🌳 Property Boundaries Our property sits on 5 spacious acres, and guests are welcome to explore anywhere within those boundaries. However, crossing beyond the property lines and entering neighboring properties is strictly prohibited. If you’d like to hike, there are plenty of beautiful public trails nearby at Strouds Run State Park. 📷 Security Notice: The property features a Ring doorbell and two exterior cameras. Camera 1: Front porch, facing parking area Camera 2: Back of home, facing exterior Cameras are outward-facing only and do not record interior spaces. 🍸 Wet Bar Notice: The movie theater includes a wet bar with refrigerator, bar stools, and counter space. Alcohol not provided. 🚗 Parking: Up to five vehicles may park in the lot. Guest access 4 Digit Smart Lock code will be sent to the guest , once the Photo ID is provided during checkin process. Other things to note Asphalt driveway and Maximum 5 cars can be parked on the parking lot depending on the size.
