The apartment located on the first floor offers three double bedrooms, two complete bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, living-dining room with exit to a large northeast terrace with fabulous views of the Azahar coast. Additionally, through an interior staircase, access is gained to a private 70 m2 attic terrace. Of course, it has a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and Tv. Includes parking space. The apartment is equipped with bed linen and towels, and everything necessary to cook and set the table. There is the possibility of key collection outside office hours, by requesting it in advance and having previously deposited the deposit. The exit and eviction of the accommodations will be carried out before 10:00 am. Keys can be deposited inside the accommodation after consultation, or returned to our offices. Upon arrival, you will have two options to deal with possible damages, either leave a deposit of €150 that will be returned after the apartment review, or contract an Accidental damage exemption (Insurance) of €28 non-refundable. Xeraco beach offers lifeguard service in high season, as well as a wide variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream shops, supermarkets, press, pharmacy, and many other services. The water entry slope is gentle, ideal for the youngest and seniors. It is a very family-friendly beach, with little traffic, surrounded by fantastic nature and landscapes. In low season, we recommend having vehicle access to move around the region, where there are many cultural and gastronomic visits worth seeing. There are many routes for hikers, both in the mountains and through the marjal. In the latter, very popular among ornithologists. The l'Ahuir beach, a stretch of virgin beach without buildings, due to its environmental and ecological weight, where birds nest and we find native plants, is undoubtedly another experience for the visitor.
