Residenza The Rock is a spacious, modern, and tastefully furnished apartment. Everything you need for an extremely comfortable stay. The space Residenza The Rock is an approximately 90 sqm apartment located on the first floor of the house. The apartment is new, modern, with spacious, extremely bright, and very well-furnished interiors. It features two bedrooms, one double (with a large walk-in closet) and one with single beds, and a third single bed that can be placed in the living area or the second bedroom for privacy needs. The kitchen is fully equipped with necessary utensils, an oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, moka pot and/or coffee maker, toaster, induction cookware, wine glasses, and stemware. The living area offers a large sofa, a coffee table, a smart TV, and a dining table with 6 chairs. The large, windowed bathroom features an extra-large walk-in shower, toilet, bidet, sink, and washing machine. Each room has a window and/or French door with electric shutters, and free Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment. Each room has separate air conditioning to ensure maximum comfort. The large balcony, accessible from the kitchen and living room, faces the front of the house, with views of part of the village of Nago and the quiet street where the apartment is located. Bicycle storage is available in the house’s basement, and private parking is available along the property perimeter, free of charge, for one car. CIN: IT022124C2YHF79XCB Guest access SCHEDULE – Check-in from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm (for late check-in, access codes for the house and the apartment will be provided for self check-in). Check-out by 11:00 am. Bed and bath linen are included. Final cleaning is included in the booking price. PARKING – The apartment offers 1 free parking space within the property. If guests arrive with two cars, this must be communicated in advance. The cost for the second car is €15 per stay, to be paid together with the tourist tax before check-out. ELECTRIC CHARGING – The house has an external 220V wall socket suitable for charging vehicles. Please note that this is a regular socket, not a charging station. If guests wish to use it during their stay, charging is possible overnight, upon prior notice (for organizational reasons and to inform the residents). The cost is €20 per charge, to be paid together with the tourist tax before check-out. TOURIST TAX – Tourist tax: €2/night/adult (over 14 years), up to a maximum of 10 consecutive nights. The tourist tax must be paid in cash at check-in. CHILDREN – Children are welcome. A baby cot and a high chair are available upon request in advance. PETS – Pets are allowed, on request and with a supplement. It must be indicated in the booking or communicated before arrival. Supplement: €40/pet/stay (maximum 1 pet per apartment). EXTRAS – Late check-out is possible, subject to availability, with an additional fee depending on the departure time (€30 for check-out by 1:00 pm / €50 for check-out by 5:00 pm). Extra cleaning service during the stay: €60/service. Extra change of bed linen or towels during the stay: €40/change. Other things to note The access road to the apartment is not really suitable for campers, caravans or Pössl type camper-vans as in one point it can be narrow for these vehicles. In the coming months, a garden adjacent to the apartment will be available for guests to use free of charge. Guests can park their bicycles in the specially dedicated area in the house's basement, which is locked and therefore completely secure. Nago offers many trekking routes in various directions, and the bike path is very close to the apartment. Torbole, the lake, and its shores can be reached in 25 minutes on foot or 5 minutes by bike. Nago is just 1 km from Torbole, 7 km from Arco, and 5 km from Riva del Garda.
