Roe Hollow and The Old Stables are neighbouring barns which can be linked externally for larger special social occasions and corporate occasions Marketed separately as sleeps 18 Any arrangements for both barns will incur special arrangement costs and are only available on an individual agreed basis . The large dining family area with its connection to the large secluded and private garden with tables and seating acting as a focal point to socialise . The garden has an oversized patio area perfect for accommodating large groups and alfresco dining . Relax in the sun soaked garden on the patio corner suite or chill out have fun in the lawned front garden which is perfect and great for children offering space for kids games . The option to offer additional occupancy of 12 people is only available with a compromised sleeping arrangenent to the master bedroom ,with the requirement to allow two additional sofa bed chairs into this space . Alternatively a single sofa bed chair in bedroom 4 and another in the principle room is also an option .
