Next to this you will find a fully-equipped kitchen. On the same floor, divided by a door, there is access to a bathroom, the laundry room and continuing to the SPA area, including a steam room (for 5 people) and a large emotional shower. The entire floor is illuminated by large windows, overlooking the garden, direct access to the outdoor sitting area and pool. The first floor is accessed via an impressive modern hallway and glass staircase situated centrally.
