Cornerstone on 5th is a sweet and cozy 2 bedroom, 1 bath rancher home that is located in the heart of downtown Whitehorse. There is no need for a car to explore downtown- shops on Main Street, Visitor Centre, the beautiful sites of the Yukon River, Millennium Trail, S.S. Klondike and many more! The space Once you enter the home, you are welcomed with a bright and inviting living room, equipped with a recliner couch (seats 3) and a comfortable reading chase by the window. There is a kitchen with a full size refrigerator, stove/oven, air fryer, toaster, kettle and Keurig machine, plates, cutleries, cups and mugs all for guests to use during their stay! Plan to cook during your stay? We've got you covered with pots and pans and spatulas to use! A separate dining space that seats 4 comfortably, which can be used as a workspace as well! Right next to the dining room is our laundry room, equipped with a full size washer and dryer! There is an arctic entrance/mud room for those winter days or if you just need additional space for your luggage, bikes, coats and boots if you're staying longer! There are 2 designated parking spaces for guests to use and free side street parking, if additional space is needed. Guest access The entire home is for the guests to use, apart from the detached garage next door. There are 2 designated parking spots on the right side of the house for guests to use and also free street side parking in front of the house as well.
