GROUND FLOOR Open plan Kitchen/Living/Dining area: Fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, delonghi coffee machine, electric oven and gas hob. Dining area with a table and four chairs and living area with two two seater sofas, flat screen TV and small set of tables. Downstairs W.C. with hand basin. FIRST FLOOR Bedroom 1: Double bed, bedside tables with lamps, large fitted wardrobe and chest of drawers. Bedroom 2: Zip & Link Super king bed (made as singles on request), bedside cabinet with lamp and a large fitted wardrobe. Bathroom: Bath with shower over, W.C. and hand basin. Garden Enclosed garden with seating. Parking Allocated parking space for one large or two small cars. Cars would be parked one behind each other. Acesss to parking is through an archway, height of 7ft. Security Deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £200, which is payable to Marsdens Devon Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.
