In the desirable Maplewood area, this ground level 1 bedroom suite is located on a quiet, cul-de-sac. A Queen in the Master and a hide-a-bed in the living room upon request. The great lighting from the French doors onto the cute patio in the backyard allow make this suite a bright space you'll be happy to call your temporary home. We are 5 minutes to a golf course that is great for running around. The space Private separate entrance makes it easy and convenient for you to come and go as you please. First floor, above ground suite 10 minute drive/20 minute bus ride to downtown. Has queen bed in master bedroom and hide-a-bed in the living room. If you require the hide-a-bed for two guests, please let us know so we can supply extra bedding. Please message us about if you need the use of a kitchen while you stay. There is a cupboard that is fully stocked with coffee and tea! Guest access You have access to anything in the suite! I will have the suite stocked with the basics: Everything you need to cook - pots, pans and utensils Coffee Pot + Kettle Salt + Pepper Dish Soap Paper Towel Dish Cloths Cooking Oil You can make a request of an item before your stay and if I have one, I will try my best to have it in the suite when you arrive. If you need the hair dryer, please request before check in. You have access to this self-contained suite as well as the patio where you enter. If you require more than 2 chairs on the patio, please let us know in advance. Other things to note Please note: There isn't cable Television. There is a Roku box for you to log into your own Netflix etc You will hear noise from us upstairs as we are a family with young children but we do our best to keep it down when we have Airbnb guests. Please be respectful of us upstairs as well. We ensure that we keep things as quiet as possible from 8PM to 6AM.
