Set just outside Cirencester, Ascot Cottage has two-bedrooms that sleep up to four, with a flexible beds to suit families, friends or mixed groups. With a clean, spacious interior, fast WiFi, and an enclosed courtyard for easy outdoor moments, it’s well suited to wedding weekends, work trips, and time away that feels straightforward from the moment you arrive. The space This cottage sleeps up to four guests across two bedrooms, including an upstairs bedroom with twin beds, and a ground floor bedroom with flexible super-king or twin beds. There’s a single family bathroom, plus an open-plan living and dining area designed for relaxed time together. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and cookware, making it easy to settle in whether you’re cooking properly or keeping things simple. Inside you’ll also find a Smart TV, fast and reliable WiFi, a washing machine and tumble dryer, along with fresh bed linen and towels provided for every guest. Guest access You’ll have full private use of the cottage and the enclosed courtyard area throughout your stay. Parking is available on-site, and the cottage is located in a gated area, for added security. Check in from 3PM and check out by 10AM. You can arrive at your own pace with self check-in via key box, just give us a call if you have any issues. Other things to note The house is dog friendly. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome (£35 per dog). A travel cot and high chair are provided. Decoration services can also be arranged for special occasions. Quiet hours run from 10:30PM to 8AM, and we ask guests to respect the peaceful setting: No parties, and no smoking indoors.
