The space It has a total surface area of 40 m2, and is located on the first floor with lift of a building that is an architectural jewel completely renovated and dedicated exclusively to Tourist Apartments.The careful restoration of the Imperial 33 Apartments in Seville has preserved and enhanced its most characteristic elements. We have maintained the natural walls and impressive spaces with ceilings over 4 metres high. In addition, we have installed a wheelchair accessible lift, which connects all floors, including the roof terrace. The roof terrace has exceptional views of the main monuments of the city such as the gardens of the Casa Pilatos and the Giralda of Seville. Guest access The apartment has been furnished with all the necessary appliances to ensure a comfortable and great stay.During the stay, guests have access to the entire house. The house includes, among others: - Pool (summer). Bathing season 2025: From June to 15th October. SWIMMING POOL SCHEDULE: From 11.00 am to 9.00 pm. Silence is requested between 3.00 p.m. and 5.00 pm. - Heating - Air conditioner - Wifi - TV - Full equipped kitchen - Natural light - Lift in the building - Hangers in closets - Linens & towels per guest. Extra towels are available on request. - Check-in at any time (Self Check-in) - Property Guide with tips of the neighborhood and the city - Attention during the stay in case of any incident. You can use all the apartment. You can use the kitchen and everything you will find in it. The apartment is provided with linens and towels for all guests, so you do not need to worry about that. In the bathroom you will find small bottles as shampoo, shower gel and soap for the first days of your stay. It's no need you bring all this with you. COMMON AREAS Swimming pool/ Roof terrace: The establishment has a small swimming pool on the roof terrace (250 cm x 120 cm) for the use and enjoyment of all the apartments. It can be accessed from the lift. There is no furniture and it is not allowed to introduce elements of the apartments in this space, or to carry out any activity that violates the usual rules of coexistence or the normal operating regime. The hours of rest in this space are from 21:00 to 11:00 and from 15:00 to 17:00 hours every day of the week, being strictly forbidden, during this period, access to it or the development of any activity that disturbs the rest. Washing machine/dryer for communal use: Common washing and drying equipment is available to all our guests in the cupboard identified as Laundry in the entrance hall of the establishment. Instructions for the use of the washing machine and dryer are printed inside this space. Other things to note Check-in time is from 3pm, although in some cases guests may enter earlier. The departure time limit is 11am if we have not previously agreed on another time. Our cleaning staff will arrive around 11. If you meet them, please let them in.
