The Kinross Residence

The Kinross Residence is an ideal base for families and friends looking to explore Scotland's picturesque East Coast. Located in the heart of Kinross town centre on its traditional high street, which is home to a local butchers, a bakers, plenty of coffee shops and unique individual shops selling everything from hardware to handbags! The space The Kinross Residence is part of the original town hall building which has been sympathetically renovated into luxury apartments. Traditional high ceilings and large windows have been seamlessly blended with boutique style interiors to prove a unique and comfortable ground floor apartment. The stunning, open-plan living space is great for friends and family to gather, eat together and socialise. The bedrooms have been tastefully furnished to make the most of the high ceilings and double length windows. Bedroom two boasts its own en-suite bathroom, whilst a small staircase leads from bedroom one to the mezzanine bedroom with twin single beds. Additional Information: Two well-behaved dogs welcome (small additional charge). Children and infants welcome. Travel cot available on request (please provide your own cot linen). A travel cot can be accommodated in bedrooms one and two. Maximum of four adult guests due to mezzanine bedroom three leading from bedroom one which is suitable for children only. A hairdryer is provided in bedrooms one and two. The bedding is non-feather. Exposed beams. Please be aware there are three steps leading up from the kitchen to the dining area. The building has a main, lockable front door which provides access to two further apartments. Public parking is available one minute away from The Kinross Residence. Guest access Ground Floor: Open-plan sitting/dining and kitchen area Sitting area With one, 4-seater sofa, two armchairs, Smart television with Freeview, DVD player and Bose radio. Kitchen area With an electric oven, induction hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and a sit-up island seating two guests. Dining area Three steps up to a dining table seating six guests. Utility cupboard With a washer/dryer and microwave. Bedroom one With a 6' super-king size zip and link bed (can be configured as twin 3' single beds on request). Family bathroom With a bath, heated towel rail, wash basin and WC. Bedroom two With a 6' super-king size bed. Please note, the ladder in the bedroom is not in use. En-suite shower room With a walk-in shower, underfloor heating, heated towel rail, wash basin and WC. Bedroom one leads via a staircase to the mezzanine level Mezzanine Level: Bedroom three With twin 3' single beds (suitable for children).
